Return & Exchange Policy

At ZYVOR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:
• Return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery  
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging  

Non-Returnable Items:
• Used or damaged products  
• Products without original packaging  

Return Shipping Charge:
A flat ₹150 return shipping fee will be applied for all return pickups.  
This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or adjusted during the return process.

Exchange Process:
1. Email your request to support@zyvor.fashion  
2. Include order number and reason for return/exchange  
3. Our team will review your request  
4. Pickup will be arranged  
5. Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection  

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
