Warranty Policy

ZYVOR offers a 1-year warranty on selected products.

Warranty Coverage:
We provide a 1-year warranty only on:
• Stainless Steel Jewellery  
• 92.5 Sterling Silver Jewellery  

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material or craftsmanship under normal usage.

What is NOT covered:
• Physical damage after delivery  
• Scratches, dents, or breakage due to misuse  
• Wear and tear from regular use  
• Damage caused by water, chemicals, or improper handling  
• Any product not listed under warranty category

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 24–48 hours.

Final approval of warranty is subject to inspection and validation by our team.
